All deposits to Firstcard are FDIC insured up to $250,000 through Regent Bank.

Access to our customer's information is limited only to those who really need it - for instance, to assist you if you have any issue. We never sell your information!
Lock your card if needed
Through our app you can lock your card at any time. You can also unlock it for your convenience.
Alerts
We send push notifications through our app to let you know if any transaction happens. If you received a notification about a spend that you don't recognize, we recommend locking your card immediately and contacting us at support@firstcard.app.
Fraud Protection
We proactively monitor your card usage to help prevent unauthorized charges. We may contact you by phone or email to verify charges if we believe there's a potential fraud.
