Cashback Policy

The Firstcard Cashback program helps our users find the best deals in their neighborhood and build rewards while shopping. The Firstcard team works with merchants directly to create the best cashback rewards possible. Firstcard users will automatically receive cashback on their account after the transaction is completed.

The Firstcard Cashback program is designed around a merchant participation plan.  The Merchant and Firstcard will determine the cashback amount and program duration. Cashback rewards are typically funded by merchants and there are situations where Firstcard will offset funding.  

The Firstcard user must make a purchase greater than or equal to $1.00 to be eligible for the cashback ( for any participating merchant) 

Firstcard reserves the right to amend, cancel, change, discontinue, or suspend your account at any point in time. Any suspected fraudulent or illegal activity may be referred to law enforcement authorities. 

The value of each offer and its terms will be disclosed in the details of the offer via the Fristcard app. 

If the Firstcard account is closed by the user or Firstcard, the participant forfeits all reward payments that have not been earned and posted to the participant’s account.

Cash Back Rewards are identified by the transaction and participating merchants.

In all cases,  rewards will not be earned for any portion of a purchase that is paid for with store credit, gift certificates, or payment types other than with use of the user's Firstcard card. 

Cashback Transactions that result in a return and/or refund shall be returned to the original cashback funding party.

Firstcard will attempt to notify users via the Firstcard app detailing all the logistics of the reward (location, time, dollar amount, etc). 

Notification on rewards earned do not equate to available cashback. Cashback will be applied to the user's account automatically when the final transaction posts. The transaction may take up to a week to post.

The value of earned Rewards will be added to the users Firstcard balance. The Rewards will be added to the Firstcard account and the funds will be available for use. 

Firstcard reserves the right to delay or edit account transfers at any point in time.

Only active offers may be eligible for use at participating merchants. The maximum amount of cashback earned per day is two hundred and fifty dollars ($250).

The Firstcard team works directly with merchants to determine the merchants level of cashback funding and timing of the program. Firstcard may also work with cashback aggregation platforms to provide additional cashback offers.
