Firstcard Marketing Promotional Campaigns

2% cashback on eligible purchases at Restaurant and Cafe from January 11, 2024 - February 29, 2024

Eligible Participant: Open only to individuals who (1) have an existing Firstcard account (“Valid Account”) with a Firstcard Debit Card or Firstcard Credit Card (collectively, “Eligible Card”), (2) are residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, (3) are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and (4) receive a promotional email or notification from Firstcard inviting participation in the offer (“Invitation”). Eligibility for those who receive the additional cashback will be determined solely by Firstcard (“Eligible Participant”).

Eligible Purchase(s): An eligible purchase is defined as every purchase made using an Eligible Card and finalized by the merchant during the Offer Period (defined below) at Restaurant and Cafe. The qualifying transactions must be identified by the following Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”): 5812, 5814, and 5462. Firstcard is not responsible for the assignment of MCC codes. Consequently, additional cashback will not be awarded if the MCC code assigned to a particular merchant does not align with the eligible Restaurant and Cafe categories, regardless of the merchant’s primary business. Exclusions apply to purchases that are (1) marked as “pending” in your Valid Account at the end of the Offer Period, (2) made at eligible merchants through a third-party delivery service, (3) ATM transactions, (4) gift card purchases, or (5) any portion of a purchase made with payment methods other than an Eligible Card.

Offer Period: The promotion begins on January 11, 2024, at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 29, 2024, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Offer Period”).

How to Earn: Eligible Participants will earn an additional 2% cash back on each Eligible Purchase made with an Eligible Card during the Offer Period (“Reward”). The additional cashback rewards will be credited to the Firstcard account associated with the Eligible Card that qualified for the Reward. Rewards will be issued within two (2) billing cycles following the conclusion of the Offer Period. A maximum cashback reward of $15 per day and $200 in total per Valid Account can be earned from this promotion during the Offer Period.

Miscellaneous: The Valid Account and associated Eligible Card must remain in good standing from the time of participation through Reward fulfillment to redeem a Reward, as determined at Firstcard’s sole discretion. Firstcard may offer an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable to fulfill the Reward for any reason. Firstcard reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, at its sole discretion. Participation in this offer does not guarantee eligibility for any other promotion. Firstcard is not liable for any errors or failures related to the offer. This offer is void where prohibited and in cases where Eligible Purchases are fraudulent, incomplete, or irregular. Participation is subject to the Firstcard Cardholder Agreement. All questions and issues related to the offer will be resolved at Firstcard’s sole discretion, and decisions related to the offer will be considered final and binding.
